The aim of the current research was to determine the effect of electronic human resources management on the organizational innovation capabilities and productivity of academic jihad employees with the mediating role of knowledge sharing and the moderating role of organizational climate. This research is based on the practical purpose and in terms of the descriptive-causal data collection method, it is a survey type. The statistical population under investigation was all the employees working in Tehran Academic Jihad Organization. The sample size was determined by simple random sampling with the help of G power software, with the number of 152 people. The measurement tools included electronic human resource management scale, organizational innovation capabilities scale, employee productivity scale, knowledge sharing scale and organizational atmosphere scale. The reliability of the tool was confirmed through content validity and convergent validity, and its reliability was confirmed with the help of Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability. The analysis of research data through partial least squares and Smart PLS software showed that electronic human resources management has a significant and positive effect on organizational innovation capabilities, employee productivity, and knowledge sharing. Also, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on organizational innovation capabilities and employee productivity. In addition, electronic human resource management has an indirect and positive effect on organizational innovation capabilities and employee productivity through the mediating variable of knowledge sharing. Finally, it was found that organizational climate plays a moderating role in the relationship between knowledge sharing and organizational innovation capabilities of academic jihad.
