The research method was applied based on the purpose, and in terms of nature was descriptive-survey-causal research. The statistical population of this study was all managers (senior and financial) small and medium Shiraz located in Shiraz in 1398. To determine the sample size based on Morgan table, the sample size was estimated at 302 people. A simple random sampling method was used. Data collection tool was a standard questionnaire. Descriptive statistics (using SPSS software) and inferential statistics (using smartPLS software) were used to analyze the data. The findings indicate the confirmation of all hypotheses and the proper fit of the research model.
